Hold the copper attachment with the two spiral coils facing backward toward your temples.   

Drape the curved front wire gently over the top front rim of your eyeglasses, resting the side bends securely over both temple arms (right behind the hinges).   Adjust slightly with your fingers for a snug, customized fit to your specific frame width.
