Shipping & Returns Policy — Da Nang Tensor Store

Thank you for shopping with Da Nang Tensor Store. Every item is made to order, so please take a moment to read how production, shipping, and returns work.

1. Made to Order

All of our products are handmade after you place your order. Production takes 3–5 working days from the time your order is confirmed. Because each piece is made specifically for you, this time is required before your order can be shipped.

2. Order Processing Schedule

We process orders seven days a week, Monday through Sunday. Your order enters production as soon as it is received, including on weekends.

3. Shipping Time

Once your order is complete and has left our workshop in Da Nang, Vietnam, delivery typically takes 7–15 days. The exact time depends on:

Your destination country or region
Customs clearance and inspection in your country
Weather conditions
Other factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, peak seasons, or local disruptions

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control, and we appreciate your patience.

4. Estimated Total Time

Please allow roughly 10–20 days from the date of your order to delivery: 3–5 working days for production, plus 7–15 days for shipping.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return your item or exchange it for another product within 30 days of the delivery date.
